The role ensures residents have a clean, safe, and attractive living environment and oversees asset care and preventive maintenance programs. The position requires supervising on-site staff, coordinating with contractors, ordering supplies, and managing work orders.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• General maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certificates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance and repairs across the property portfolio.
• Organize turnover and preventive maintenance work from work orders.
• Order supplies and maintain an inventory of maintenance items.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous products and chemicals.
• Oversee contractor work and inspect completed tasks; train staff.
