LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Bayside Village community. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and machinery maintenance, while delivering exceptional customer service within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements include 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit residential properties, a high school diploma or GED, and a driver’s license. On-site work with potential weekend shifts and bilingual skills a plus.

Formación

• 1–2 years of required experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum education.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Handle plumbing repairs and installation tasks.
• Carpentry work: doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Paint walls and repair drywall.
• Electrical tasks: lighting, wiring, switches.
• Operate and maintain building machinery.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
