Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Dallas, TX to lead maintenance operations across one or more communities. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and major appliances, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

With 3-5 years in apartment maintenance and at least 2 years of people management, you will coach staff, schedule preventive maintenance, and respond to on-call needs to uphold Vivmark's high standards of service and living experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of apartment maintenance or related field with HVAC, electrical, plumbing expertise.
• 2+ years of people management experience; coaching and development of staff.
• EPA Type I/II Certification and CPO Certification, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across assigned communities.
• Ensure regulatory and Vivmark standards are met and preventive maintenance is performed.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances and amenities.
