Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Plano, TX to oversee the maintenance team and property operations. You will lead daily tasks, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and resident satisfaction in a luxury rental environment.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in custodial/maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical expertise, plus a valid license and on-call availability. HVAC CFC certification or willingness to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

4+ years of custodial/maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to obtain HVAC CFC certifications.
Able to work on-call in rotation.
Communicate with team and residents for customer service.
Knowledge of safety policies, SDS, PPE and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor maintenance team, schedule activities and projects.
Perform advanced maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance.
Assist in budget preparation and cost control for maintenance operations.
Respond to on-call emergencies to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
