Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Dallas, TX to lead maintenance and preventive maintenance across communities. You will supervise a skilled team, coordinate with on-site staff, and ensure high-quality upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and amenities.

The role requires 3–5 years in apartment maintenance, strong technical knowledge, and 2+ years of leadership. A on-call schedule and commitment to safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

3–5 years of apartment maintenance or related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and amenities.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
EPA Type I/II Certification, where applicable.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, where applicable.
On-call availability within 1 hour of dispatch.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance for one or more communities.
Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and amenities to meet standards.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Vivmark policies.
Coordinate with on-site supervisor to improve team performance.
