Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of apartment maintenance or related field with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features (pools, spas, etc.), fitness equipment, waste management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and set new quality standards for luxury living.
• Conduct property visits and work with on-site supervisor to improve team proficiency and community performance.
• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure timely, high-quality service to residents.
