Job summary

Developlus Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance, drive preventive programs, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality.

You will mentor technicians, manage CMMS work orders, and partner with contractors to maximize uptime. Strong leadership and hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are required to keep facility equipment safe and reliable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Leadership or lead maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and assign work based on production priorities.
• Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Monitor workloads to minimize downtime and maximize OEE.
• Provide technical guidance to Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate with Contractors and other departments to ensure safety and reliability.
