Job summary
Coca-Cola Consolidated in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Department, ensuring all assets and equipment are properly maintained, and to develop a team focused on best-in-class service.
You will manage the annual budget, collaborate with plant leadership on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through ISO practices and SAP Maintenance. Weekend shifts and holidays may be required to support production.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Maintenance Manager role in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with ISO standards and proactive maintenance.
- Strong professionalism and communication across levels.
- Experience with SAP Maintenance and PLC systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to meet safety, deadlines, and goals.
- Implement continuous improvement with customer focus.
- Maintain detailed facility asset and maintenance plans.
- Collaborate with plant leadership on budget and KPIs.
- Oversee capital expenditure projects within time and budget.
- Ensure compliance with Management System initiatives.
