Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Maintenance Department, ensuring production and facilities are well maintained. You will lead a team, manage an annual budget, and partner with plant leadership to hit KPIs.

Schedule Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm; salary range $90,000-$115,000 depending on experience. The role requires PLC, electrical, hydraulics expertise, SAP maintenance experience, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college/technical school preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a similar business.
• Background in proactive maintenance and ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the maintenance team to meet safety, deadlines and goals.
• Apply continuous improvement methods while upholding customer focus and company values.
• Develop and manage a detailed maintenance plan for facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to align with annual business plan goals and KPIs.
• Create action plans to correct underperforming targets through reviews and audits.
• Oversee budgeting and flex spending to match production needs.
• Monitor training requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Plan capital expenditure projects, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and FATs when required.
• Support ISO and other standards initiatives within the Management System.
