Job summary

The International Erosion Control Association is seeking a Project Manager – Facilities Maintenance to oversee a large-scale government contract at Fort Sill, OK. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and ensure services meet safety, quality, and budget targets.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of facilities maintenance and supervisory experience, with strong vendor, government contract, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably with public-sector installations.
• Experience managing large-scale facilities maintenance operations or service contracts.
• Experience with federal, state, county, municipal, military, or other public-sector facilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale facilities maintenance contract.
• Manage contract personnel and ensure all assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team supporting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, and general facilities maintenance services.
• Manage operational budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure cost-effective contract execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government representatives, customers, and corporate leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, regulatory standards, company policies, and applicable safety requirements.
