Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• 4+ years direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• 4+ years managing department spend and labor budgets; RCA and CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage department budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols and partner with site Safety leadership to audit programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate external contractors, and drive high-quality service.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives.
