Vivmark Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair critical systems across apartment communities. You will lead maintenance tasks, ensure timely service requests, and drive safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• HVAC certification (CFC) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read policies and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service communication with residents.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Create and organize work orders; complete repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on apartments.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
• Uphold safety culture and Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
