Energy Jobline ZR in the United States is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our apartment community. This is a working management role where you will supervise the maintenance team while also diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and working alongside the crew.

You will manage staff, prioritize work orders, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep the property in peak condition.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to lead and manage a maintenance team effectively.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs.
• Willingness to work alongside the team - not just manage from the sidelines.
