Job summary

TSK HOUSING in the United States is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our apartment community.

This is a working management position; you will supervise the maintenance team, diagnose problems, complete repairs, and work alongside the team to keep properties in optimal condition while controlling costs and ensuring resident satisfaction.

• Determine what can be repaired in-house and when outside contractors are necessary.
• Coordinate vendors and control maintenance costs.
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and management.
• Participate in emergency/on-call maintenance as required.
