Fresh Properties, Stadium Lofts, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Saint Louis. You will diagnose and fix plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues; perform carpentry, painting, and drywall; and prepare vacant units for new residents to ensure market readiness.

You’ll also maintain common areas, assist with light landscaping, and conduct preventive maintenance while delivering excellent resident service and clear communication with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property maintenance or a similar hands-on role.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is highly preferred and often required.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Repair major appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers).
• Carpentry, drywall, painting, and door/lock repairs as needed.
• Make-ready responsibilities to prep vacant apartments for new residents and ensure market readiness.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform light landscaping and cleaning of shared spaces.
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
