Qualifications

• Experience in a craft or maintenance-related role in manufacturing.
• High safety awareness, strong communication, and planning skills.
• Solid technical maintenance knowledge with PC proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Results-driven with knowledge of asset management and proactive maintenance techniques.
• Strong leadership with experience leading a team and open communication.
