Job summary

Bimeda in Le Sueur, MN seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the facility. You will develop the maintenance strategy, supervise technicians, and partner with production, QA, and engineering to uphold GMP, safety, and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5–7 years of maintenance experience with at least 3 years in supervision, and knowledge of GMP/regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks with minimal production disruption.
• Coordinate with production and quality to align maintenance with production demands and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed; promote safety culture.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and equipment histories; ensure regulatory compliance.
