Job summary

The Maintenance Manager position at Campbell's Milwaukee facility leads the Asset Care and Reliability strategies across manufacturing lines, guiding a 5-person team to improve safety, quality, and cost. You will drive TPM programs and develop staff through coaching and structured training.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, technical purchases, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to optimize plant KPIs and maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the site’s Asset Care and Reliability strategy for each department.
• Provide technical assistance in the purchase and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and lead a competent Maintenance Department workforce with required tools and materials.
