Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its plant in the United States. You will lead the maintenance and engineering teams, drive asset care strategies, and coordinate capital projects to ensure safety, quality, and cost targets in a high-speed food manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes team development, cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Quality, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with equipment installations, upgrades, or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Asset Care and Reliability strategy for the plant.
• Provide technical assistance in purchase and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and lead a competent Maintenance Department workforce.
• Leverage maintenance to support Operational Excellence and improve plant KPIs.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve maintenance issues.
• Plan and review long-term strategies for expense and capital initiatives.
• Lead CapEx projects and coordinate with corporate engineering on complex design work.
• Monitor and manage the department budget and costs.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards in all activities.
