Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site's asset care and reliability strategies, driving safety, quality, and cost improvements across the plant. You will guide technical maintenance, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to meet ambitious performance goals.

You will oversee a team of maintenance professionals, coordinate with Operations and Quality, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while optimizing downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Asset Care and Reliability strategies for the plant.
• Provide technical assistance in equipment purchase and maintenance.
• Build and lead a competent maintenance team with required tools and materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and other functions to improve plant KPIs.
• Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues to optimize production.
