The Campbell’s Company in the United States is seeking a Manager of Maintenance to oversee plant maintenance activities, lead a high‑performing team, and align maintenance with safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

You will develop the site’s asset care and reliability strategy, provide technical assistance for equipment purchases and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement through TPM, RCA and other reliability methods.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.

• Asset Care and Reliability Strategy: lead the site’s asset care and reliability initiatives.
• Technical Assistance: support purchasing and maintenance of equipment.
• People Development: build and lead a competent maintenance team.
