Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a high-speed food manufacturing facility in Milwaukee, WI. You will lead a 5-person team, develop asset care strategies, and partner with Operations and Quality to optimize reliability and safety.

You will drive TPM-like improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role demands strong technical knowledge and cross-functional collaboration to sustain peak performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with TPM or continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Asset Care and Reliability strategies for plant departments.
• Provide technical assistance in purchase and maintenance of equipment.
• Lead a 5-person Maintenance Department team and build capability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and other functions to improve plant KPIs.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Develop and review long-term maintenance budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed in all maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
