Job summary

Campbell’s in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a 5-person maintenance team in a high-speed food manufacturing facility. You will develop and implement asset care strategies, drive reliability, and collaborate with Operations, Quality and Engineering to meet safety, quality and cost objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing and 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing or pharma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably food/pharma.
• Experience with TPM/RCM/CMMS and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Asset Care and Reliability strategy for the site.
• Provide technical assistance in purchase and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and lead a competent Maintenance Department workforce.
