Campbell's in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, CapEx projects, and reliability initiatives. You will mentor a high-performance team and drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with corporate engineering, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with equipment installations or capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead Asset Care and Reliability strategies for all departments.
• Provide technical assistance in equipment purchases and maintenance.
• Develop and lead a capable Maintenance Department workforce.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to improve plant KPIs.
• Coordinate CapEx projects and on-site installations; work with corporate engineering.
• Monitor and manage the Maintenance budget and expenses.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the plant.
