Campbell Soup Company in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead Plant maintenance activities, align with safety, quality, delivery and cost goals, and drive high-performance teams.

You will develop Asset Care and Reliability strategies, provide technical assistance on equipment, nurture a skilled Maintenance Department, and collaborate with Operations, Quality and Engineering to improve plant KPIs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience required, preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the site’s Asset Care and Reliability strategy for manufacturing and utilities systems.
• Provide technical assistance in the purchase and maintenance of all equipment.
• Develop and lead a competent Maintenance Department workforce with necessary tools and materials.
• Support Operational Excellence initiatives and improve plant KPIs.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve maintenance issues and optimize processes.
• Develop long-term strategies for expenses and capital initiatives for the Maintenance Department.
