Zusammenfassung

IPSY seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of our 575,000 sq ft Belton, Missouri fulfillment center. You’ll own reliability, safety, and performance of conveyance, automation, and material-handling equipment while guiding a maintenance team and coordinating with operations and safety colleagues.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage budgets and spare parts, and collaborate with vendors to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in automated environments.
• 3+ years of supervising maintenance technicians.
• Experience with maintenance budgets, spare-parts inventories, and vendor relationships.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to work on-call to support operations.

Aufgaben

• Track and assign daily maintenance inspections and repairs in the CMMS.
• Investigate and dispatch actions for facility and distribution equipment including conveyors, PLCs, Cognex scanners, and printers.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on distribution equipment and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all maintenance tasks.
• Prepare maintenance logs and documentation.
• Communicate major problems to senior leadership and vendors.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Engineering on reliability improvements.
