• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in automated distribution centers or similar environments.
• Experience with conveyors, sortation, ASRS, robotics, or other automation.
• Experience leading maintenance operations and technical teams.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, and asset management.
• Experience managing maintenance vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
