Job summary

OPmobility seeks a Site Maintenance Manager for the Fairfax Site – Kansas City, a long-term at-will role focused on ensuring IMS compliance, safety and efficiency in a large manufacturing setting.

You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate energy management initiatives while maintaining safe operations and environmental standards. This role requires technical certification and extensive hands-on experience in complex production equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Background in mechanical/electrical systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation, maintenance and operation of the IMS and communicate requirements across the department.
• Stop unsafe processes and ensure procedures are followed within the IMS.
• Develop and promote energy management, track consumption and lead energy initiatives.
• Monitor systems like RTO, paint waste water, and storage areas for compliance and safety.
• Create and manage maintenance programs, budgets, and controlled stores.
