Job summary

IPSY is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and facilities at our Belton, Missouri fulfillment center. You will own reliability, safety, and performance of conveyors, automation, and the technician team.

This hands-on leadership role partners with Operations to minimize downtime, implement preventive maintenance, manage budgets and spare parts, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep the facility performing at peak.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance in automated environments with CMMS experience.
• 3+ years supervising or managing maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate repairs and outside contractors; manage costs and spare-parts inventory.
• Ensure safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Cover all shifts as needed and communicate with Ops leadership and vendors.
• Maintain documentation: work logs, check sheets, and PM records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Engineering on reliability improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
