Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Service Manager to supervise maintenance staff and oversee repair and upkeep of Fairstead’s properties. The role ensures timely installation of mechanical equipment and overall safety and cleanliness aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

Three (3) years experience in property maintenance is required.
Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills.
Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades.

Responsibilities

Take a leadership position on special projects.
Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensure compliance with accident and safety precautions.
