Fairstead is seeking a Service Manager to oversee repair and maintenance across properties, ensuring timely installation of mechanical equipment and cleanliness in line with safety standards. You will supervise maintenance staff, lead special projects, and tackle skilled tasks while coordinating routine and emergency work with independence.

The role requires strong safety knowledge, trade proficiency, and solid organization. Familiarity with MS Office is expected; Yardi is a plus.

Formación

• Three (3) years experience in property maintenance.
• Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Knowledge and experience using a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Great organization and project management skills.
• Ability to implement and improve policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable in Yardi Software is a plus.

Responsabilidades
