Role Overview:

The Maintenance Manager oversees all aspects of the maintenance department, including managing manufacturing assets, budgets, resources, and assisting in designing new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise maintenance personnel and prioritize maintenance schedules.
2. Maintain facility assets, manage parts inventory, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and department budget.
3. Develop and oversee the annual capital plan, managing projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
4. Set directions and priorities for maintenance staff, providing training and development.
5. Collaborate with department managers to support operations and improve equipment health.
6. Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports biannually.
7. Lead Maintenance and Reliability initiatives focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance.
8. Coordinate with outside inspections, manage projects, ensure safety, and perform other duties as required.
9. Schedule and oversee Planned Maintenance (PMs), equipment repairs, parts replacement, and onboarding of new equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
2. At least 3 years of related management/supervisory experience.
3. Over 3 years of industrial electrical experience.
4. Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems.
5. Excellent technical knowledge of equipment and processes.
6. Proven coaching skills.
