Role Overview

As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily operations of our facilities. You’ll be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to evolving needs. Effective communication with team members, clients, supervisors, and external partners will ensure smooth operations and exceptional maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Morning Briefing: Conduct team meetings to set priorities, review safety updates, and address ongoing maintenance issues.
  • Work Orders Management: Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Facility Walkthrough: Perform inspections to identify maintenance needs, equipment issues, safety hazards, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations established by Cushman & Wakefield and relevant authorities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and generate reports for management.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor technicians, conduct performance reviews, and support training and development.
Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing KPIs and maintenance programs. Strong team leadership skills are essential.
  • Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety standards, regulations, and best practices in maintenance. Experience in safety training and audits is preferred.
  • Education: A 4-year degree with 3 years of leadership experience or at least 5 years of leadership experience without a degree. Relevant certifications in mechanical, electrical engineering, or facilities management are beneficial.
Compensation and Schedule
  • Salary: $88,400.00 – $104,000.00 per year, with a 10% bonus incentive.
  • Shifts: 4x12-hour shifts from 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM or 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with rotating days (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday). Flexibility required.
