Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in diesel mechanics/technology, and two years of management experience; or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Ability to operate all tools and equipment associated with a diesel engine shop, trucks, tractors, and trailers
• Valid commercial driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality

• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects
• Familiarity with truck maintenance terms and processes
• Ability to pursue continuing education
