As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting production and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, aligning successfully with the organization.

Pay Range:

Up to $120,000

What’s the Job?

1. Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, identifying maintenance needs.
2. Develop and implement a schedule for regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
3. Coordinate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
4. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards governing food manufacturing.

1. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
2. Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets.
