Job summary
Mondelez International seeks a senior Maintenance & Asset Reliability leader to drive Progressive Maintenance and an asset reliability program across a large FMCG plant in the United States. You will lead the maintenance organization, implement CMMS governance, and optimize PM practices to reduce downtime and costs.
The role requires deep TPM knowledge, 10+ years in maintenance leadership, and strong collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field required.
- 10+ years’ experience in maintenance and engineering managerial roles.
- Proven TPM expertise and PM full implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the maintenance organization to prevent equipment abnormalities and reduce breakdowns.
- Institutionalize planned maintenance governance and CMMS usage for tracking work orders and parts.
- Develop strategies to improve maintenance practices, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with HR to accelerate hiring of skilled maintenance personnel.
- Deliver maintenance and reliability training and measure impact on asset performance.
