Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor in the United States to lead safety, quality and line efficiency on a night shift. You will manage maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and drive reliability improvements to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, GMP familiarity, and proven ability to work with union teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct supervision in a manufacturing setting.

• Experience working with union employees is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field preferred.
