Job summary

Danone North America, Dallas plant, seeks a Maintenance Leader to oversee equipment reliability, maintenance operations, and a team of technicians on a 24/7 line. You will champion reliability and lead preventive/predictive maintenance while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and CI to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have a strong maintenance background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence across functions in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance activities or reliability initiatives.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple functions and work on a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians on a 24/7 operation.
• Drive equipment reliability and reduce downtime on critical assets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and CI teams to optimize performance.
• Influence maintenance strategy, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvements.
• Participate in equipment upgrades, capital projects, and new technology implementation.
• Own KPIs for equipment effectiveness, reliability, maintenance cost, and team performance.
