Job summary
Mondelēz International in Naperville, IL seeks a maintenance expert to lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage PM/KPI for lines, drive PPE, and coach a team of technicians and contractors across shift teams.

Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance steps; able to execute basic TPM tools.
- Ability to coach and develop line teams using PDCA cycles.
- Experience leading maintenance optimization in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements.
- Own PM systems and KPIs for lines and manage RM budget.
- Develop preventive and time-based maintenance plans; train technicians to operate/maintain equipment.
- Partner with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements and cost reduction.
- Act as PM subject matter expert and trainer for the plant.
