Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Maintenance & Asset Reliability leader to drive Progressive Maintenance and asset reliability in a large FMCG environment in the United States. You will oversee a unionized plant, define maintenance governance, and implement CMMS-driven workflows to cut downtime and costs.

The role requires 10+ years in maintenance leadership, strong TPM and PM implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with HR and plant management to grow technical skills and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance and engineering managerial roles.
• Proven TPM expertise and full PM implementation.
• Experience leading a plant maintenance org in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance org accountability for identifying and resolving equipment abnormalities to prevent breakdowns.
• Institutionalize planned maintenance and governance; ensure CMMS usage for tracking work orders and spares.
• Develop strategies to improve equipment performance, reliability and lower maintenance costs.
