Carmeuse is seeking a Senior Maintenance Leader to drive the maintenance team toward predictive maintenance and high-quality repairs. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and collaborate daily with quarry and plant production teams to execute maintenance and reliability strategies.

You will lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and manage planning, scheduling, and budgeting resources to achieve site safety and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance and operations business processes and TPM/maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach maintenance team to implement predictive maintenance and high-quality repairs.
• Coordinate with Site Operations Manager, quarry and production teams to execute maintenance strategies.
• Oversee safety compliance with state/federal/company rules and manage manpower and budgeting for safety goals.
• Perform RCA support, participate in planning meetings and drive outages with maintenance planners.
• Optimize CMMS/SAP reporting, ensure timely and accurate work order documentation.
• Drive Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program to improve reliability and reduce costs.
