Carmeuse is seeking a maintenance supervisor responsible for day-to-day plant maintenance and supervising front-line maintenance staff in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will coordinate training, ensure safety compliance, and drive preventive actions to avoid nonconformities in product and process quality systems.

Formación

• Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years industrial, mechanical maintenance experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with material handling feeders, conveyors, pumps; PLC/Wonderware a plus.
• Strong computer skills including CMMS and MS Office; SAP and MS Project a plus.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day plant maintenance and supervise frontline maintenance staff.
• Coordinate training needs and safety training for assigned personnel.
• Ensure preventive actions to avoid nonconformities in product/process quality systems.
• Coordinate repairs during outages to minimize downtime; focus on planned maintenance.
• Supervise installation and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment.
