Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of maintenance specialists (electrical, mechanical, PLC).
• Develop and manage work schedules and priorities for coverage and workflow.
• Foster a strong safety culture and enforce safety policies (LOTO, confined space, hot work).
• Develop, implement, and improve PM and PdM programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee reactive maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment breakdowns.
