Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance operations across our Virginia facilities. You will lead a maintenance team, assign work, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while optimizing equipment uptime.

Key responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance programs, managing refrigeration and wastewater operations, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field with maintenance leadership experience.
• 5–7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, GMP/HACCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and equipment repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assign work to meet production needs.
• Support refrigeration and wastewater operations and PSM compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and materials usage.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
