Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 10 years manufacturing experience and 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP, CMMS/EAM, CAD, and Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance function at Alsum Farms and Produce.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance across equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and staffing.
• Coordinate with production and engineering on improvements and downtime decisions.
• Maintain inventory of parts and oversee contractor work and safety compliance.
