Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance operations, oversee a team, and ensure safety, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes uptime, preventative maintenance, and efficient use of labor and materials, including refrigeration and wastewater operations, while driving continuous improvement across maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and 5–7 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating maintenance operations in manufacturing/production.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, facilities repair, and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of safety requirements, GMPs, HACCP, and applicable regulatory expectations.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, train, and motivate maintenance team members.
• Strong communication of performance standards and handling performance concerns.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-resolution and multi-priority management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and repairs to support operations.
• Maintain department performance for efficient use of resources.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in materials, processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management.
• Ensure routine equipment checks on PLCs and essential equipment.
• Coordinate equipment and labor to complete projects and maintenance tasks.
