Job summary

OVERHILL FARMS INC. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, ensuring reliable plant equipment and adherence to safety standards. You will supervise staff, schedule work, and drive preventative maintenance programs across multiple plant areas.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or related experience.
• 2 years in a Supervisor/Foreman role preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive maintenance tasks and staff scheduling.
• Control maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment.
• Generate work orders and ensure timely completion to high quality.
• Input data into CMMS and assist with predictive maintenance.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specs and standards.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to align department activities.
