Job summary

You will own preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate rebuilds or replacements, and mentor staff to improve reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-3 years of related experience with prior supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Troubleshooting ability and technical knowledge of production, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team to keep production running.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities and preventive programs.
• Review procedures and optimize maintenance processes with operations.
• Ensure safety compliance and reduce environmental impact.
• Select, train, schedule, and coach staff.
