Job summary

Graphic Packaging International seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead daily operations, review KPIs, and coordinate scheduled maintenance and outages. You will ensure resources are directed efficiently, drive adherence to the two-week rolling plan, and manage quality assurance practices across equipment and processes.

The role requires 5 years of supervisory experience in relevant industries, strong communication skills, and lean/six sigma familiarity.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in pulp and paper, power, or oil industries.
• Mechanical aptitude and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily MOPS Meeting and review KPI’s to allocate resources appropriately.
• Coordinate maintenance schedule with area supervisor and ensure readiness.
• Manage budget tracking and spend decisions to support the process.
• Ensure LOTO, safety, and outage readiness for equipment.
• Drive planned work execution and weekly inter-team communications.
• Maintain quality assurance practices for alignment, lubrication, valve arrangements and SOPs.
