Graphic Packaging International is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader for our site in the United States. The role directs and develops mechanical and electrical maintenance, prioritizes work orders, and minimizes downtime while supporting SQF requirements.

The ideal candidate has a BA or MA with extensive related experience and a track record of managing teams and achieving strong operational results in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent + 15+ years related experience, or MA + 13+ years related experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience delivering safe, compliant, cost-efficient maintenance programs.

Responsabilités

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others, mobilizing resources.
• Leaders typically manage two or more direct reports.
• Monitor and achieve operational and/or financial results for the area of responsibility.
• Handle hiring, termination, rewards, training, and development of employees.
• Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and team objectives.
• Interact with internal personnel and occasionally with external personnel.
