Qualifications

• BA or equivalent + 15+ years related experience, or MA + 13+ years related experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience delivering safe, compliant, cost-efficient maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others, mobilizing resources.
• Leaders typically manage two or more direct reports.
• Monitor and achieve operational and/or financial results for the area of responsibility.
• Handle hiring, termination, rewards, training, and development of employees.
